BLACKPINK Partners with National Museum of Korea in First-Ever K-pop Artist Collaboration
by. ymchoi

BLACKPINK is set to launch a landmark cultural collaboration with the National Museum of Korea, marking the first partnership between the institution and a K-pop artist.

On February 12, YG Entertainment announced that the "National Museum of Korea X BLACKPINK" project will run from February 26 through March 8. Global streaming platform Spotify joins as the official partner.

Pink-Tinted Landmark, Immersive Experience

During the event period, the exterior of the National Museum of Korea will glow in BLACKPINK's signature pink color. Visitors will also experience eight selected artifacts accompanied by audio docent recordings narrated by the members themselves.

A special listening session will be installed along the museum's "Path of History." At the Gwanggaeto Stele replica site, fans can listen to all tracks from BLACKPINK's upcoming mini album "DEADLINE."

Countdown to "DEADLINE"

BLACKPINK will officially release "DEADLINE" on February 27. The mini album includes five tracks, led by the title song "GO."

By bridging contemporary K-pop with national heritage space, BLACKPINK's collaboration with the National Museum of Korea signals a new milestone in cultural crossover projects for global artists.
