KiiiKiii has earned major international recognition, landing on the prestigious "NME 100: Essential Emerging Artists for 2026" list unveiled by British music magazine NME on February 12.
The annual NME 100 highlights 100 rising global acts selected by music critics and journalists worldwide, serving as a key indicator of future mainstream impact. KiiiKiii's inclusion signals the group's accelerating global presence.
Global Media Spotlight on Gen Z Appeal
NME praised KiiiKiii for showcasing distinctive charm since their debut last year, noting that the group's music blends Gen Z sensibilities with a sense of nostalgia that resonates worldwide.
The publication highlighted their debut track "I Do ME" and the 1980s synth-pop-inspired "Dancing Alone," stating that KiiiKiii quickly proved themselves as a team delivering joy amid the bustle of everyday life.
Previously, KiiiKiii's "Dancing Alone" was also recognized in NME's "The 25 Best K-pop Songs of 2025," further affirming their artistic credibility.
Chart-Topping Momentum with "404 (New Era)"
KiiiKiii's momentum continues to build. The group released their second mini album "Delulu Pack" on January 26, with the title track "404 (New Era)" breaking records across platforms.
"404" reached No.1 on Melon's Top 100 chart on February 10 and continues to hold the top spot as of February 12. It also topped the Hot 100 chart and secured No.1 on Melon's Weekly Popularity Award for the first week of February.
The track dominated YouTube Music's daily and weekly charts, Apple Music's Today's Top 100: Korea and popular album charts, as well as Spotify Korea's daily chart, Bugs' real-time and weekly charts, and maintained high rankings on Vibe and FLO.
On stage, the achievements are equally notable. KiiiKiii claimed first place on MBC every1 and MBC M's "Show! Champion," and earned their first terrestrial music show trophy on MBC's "Show! Music Core," already securing two wins for this promotion cycle.
KiiiKiii will perform "404" on Mnet's "M Countdown" at 6 PM today, continuing their streak as one of 2026's most closely watched K-pop breakout acts.
