IVE is officially launching full-scale comeback promotions with their pre-release track "BANG BANG."
On February 12, IVE will appear on Mnet's "M Countdown" to unveil the first stage performance of "BANG BANG," a pre-release track from their second full-length album "REVIVE+."
Upgraded Performance and Viral Choreography
The group has teased a high-completion stage featuring powerful synchronized choreography, charismatic facial expressions, and stable live vocals.
Upon the music video's release, "BANG BANG" quickly sparked a dance challenge wave. Moves such as the "shoulder dance," the "keyring dance" reinterpretation of headbanging through hand gestures, and the catchy "ya ya ya" choreography gained strong attention across platforms.
The agency emphasized that the choreography visually amplifies the song's explosive energy, promising that IVE will demonstrate upgraded expressiveness and commanding stage presence.
Bold Sound, Confident Message
"BANG BANG" blends EDM and electronic elements with a Western swing-style intro. Its straight-driving beat and fast-paced progression create an exhilarating momentum, while the addictive hook captures listeners instantly.
The track musically embodies IVE's signature confident attitude. Member Jang Wonyoung participated in writing the lyrics, conveying a message about carving one's own path without being swayed by outside opinions or rumors.
Lyricists Seo Ji-eum — known for contributing to IVE's major hits such as "ELEVEN," "LOVE DIVE," and "After LIKE" — along with Hwang Yubin and WJSN's Exy, also took part in crafting the song.

Pre-released on February 9, "BANG BANG" immediately topped Korea's YouTube Trending Music chart and Daily Music Video chart. The track also swept upper tiers of domestic streaming charts including Melon Top 100.
Globally, it achieved solid results across platforms such as iTunes, China's QQ Music, and Japan's AWA and LINE Music.
IVE's first "BANG BANG" stage airs today at 6 PM KST on "M Countdown," marking the beginning of their next upgraded chapter.
