WAKEONE has formally declared legal action against malicious online commenters targeting its artists, including ZEROBASEONE and ALPHA DRIVE ONE.

On February 20, the agency released an official notice via social media titled "Notice on Legal Action Against Acts Infringing Upon Artist Rights and Request for Cooperation."

The company stated it has been closely monitoring the spread of indiscriminate defamation and false rumors concerning its artists. It emphasized that personal attacks, insults, defamation, and groundless allegations have caused emotional harm to both artists and fans.

Legal Procedures Underway

To address malicious posts, WAKEONE has appointed law firm Shin & Kim (Sejong) and confirmed that legal proceedings are currently in progress.

The agency urged individuals to refrain from crossing boundaries, including unfounded slander, personal attacks, and the exposure of private information.

WAKEONE is a global music label home to ZEROBASEONE, ALPHA DRIVE ONE, izna, Kim Jaehwan, and Jo Yuri.
