Kim Min Ha and Noh Sang Hyun are teaming up again, this time as a long-term couple in a new Netflix romantic comedy.
On February 23, Netflix confirmed the casting lineup for the film "Byuljit," directed by Seo Jung Min. The two actors will headline the project as the central couple navigating a decade-long relationship.
A 10-Year Love Story Filled with Highs and Lows
"Byuljit" follows a couple who have been together for 10 years, portraying the intense cycle of loving each other to death and hating each other just as fiercely. The story explores the countless emotional ups and downs that come with a long-term romance.
Kim Min Ha plays Suhyeon, a curator, while Noh Sang Hyun takes on the role of Hyuntae, an installation artist. Their characters' relationship unfolds with raw honesty, capturing the layered emotions that accumulate over time.
Second Reunion After Pachinko
This marks their second collaboration following the Apple TV+ series Pachinko, where they delivered a poignant and memorable romance. Expectations are high for their on-screen chemistry, which previously resonated strongly with global audiences.
A representative shared that the film will portray the diverse emotions that arise in a long-standing relationship, offering a fresh kind of flutter and relatability.
Directed by rising filmmaker Seo Jung Min, a graduate of the Korea National University of Arts, "Byuljit" will be released exclusively on Netflix.
