Stray Kids has secured the highest position ever achieved by a K-pop act on the IFPI Global Album Sales Chart, reaffirming their worldwide dominance.
The International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI) recently unveiled the "2025 Global Album Sales Chart," where Stray Kids ranked No. 2 with their fourth full-length album "KARMA."
Fourth Consecutive Year on the Global Chart
This marks Stray Kids' fourth consecutive year charting on the IFPI annual rankings. The group previously entered with "MAXIDENT" and "ODDINARY" in 2022, "★★★★★ (5-STAR)" and "ROCK-STAR" in 2023, and "ATE" and "HOP" in 2024.
The No. 1 spot this year went to American pop star Taylor Swift with "The Life of a Showgirl," which was named the best-selling album globally for the year.
Among all K-pop albums, "KARMA" recorded the highest ranking. Released in August last year, the album has continued to receive steady support from global listeners.
Strong K-Pop Presence in Top 10
K-pop artists demonstrated significant strength across the chart. SEVENTEEN ranked No. 3, ENHYPEN No. 4, TOMORROW X TOGETHER No. 6, ZEROBASEONE No. 7, IVE No. 9, and G-Dragon No. 10.
The IFPI Global Album Sales Chart is determined based on worldwide physical album sales, digital downloads, and streaming figures over the course of the year.
Upcoming Fan Events and Global Stages
Stray Kids will meet fans at their fan meeting "STAY in OUR LITTLE HOUSE," scheduled for March 28–29 and April 4–5 at Inspire Arena in Incheon.
The group will also take the global festival stage, appearing as headliners at The Governors Ball Music Festival in New York this June and Rock in Rio in Brazil this September.
