She founded BApal Entertainment in November last year. The company name combines "BoA" and "pal" (friends), symbolizing a space built together with artists and fans.

The new structure reflects her intention to create a closer, more direct connection with supporters. According to a representative, BoA chose this framework to more clearly realize her musical direction.

The decision marks a strategic reset, focusing on strengthening her artistic identity and deepening her musical foundation.

Last year, BoA concluded her 25-year partnership with SM Entertainment. With BApal Entertainment, she now moves forward independently, signaling a new era of creative autonomy.
