Shin Hye-sun and Gong Myoung are set to headline a new office romance drama centered around a corporate audit department.
tvN announced on March 4 the casting lineup for its upcoming weekend drama Secret Audit. The network confirmed that Shin Hye-sun and Gong Myoung will lead the series.
Secret Audit is described as a close-range audit romance. The story follows the head of an audit office who hides a secret and a junior employee newly assigned to expose workplace misconduct—only for the two to unexpectedly fall in love.
A Strict Audit Chief Meets an Unpredictable Rival
Shin Hye-sun will play Joo In-a, the head of the audit office. She is known as the company's youngest female executive, a meticulous leader who tolerates no mistakes.
However, her perfectly controlled world begins to unravel when she becomes entangled with the very subordinate she appointed to investigate internal misconduct. The encounter pushes her into an unexpected and chaotic office life.
From Audit Ace to Corporate Rebel
Gong Myoung takes on the role of Noh Gi-joon, once the ace of the audit office who later becomes the company's internal misconduct whistleblower.
With sharp intelligence and striking visuals, Noh Gi-joon had lived a smooth-sailing life. But everything changes when Joo In-a enters the picture. He is transferred from Audit Team 1 to Team 3 and begins shouting "Down with Joo In-a"—only to gradually fall for her.
Creative Team Behind the Drama
Director Lee Soo-hyun, known for dramas such as The Tyrant's Black Flame Dragon and Delightfully Deceitful, will helm the series. The script is written by Yeo Eun-ho, who previously worked on Crash Course in Romance.
The production team described the drama as "a fresh office comedy," promising an engaging look at the diverse characters behind workplace scandals.
They added that Shin Hye-sun and Gong Myoung will bring to life the evolving romance between Joo In-a and Noh Gi-joon with strong chemistry.
Secret Audit will premiere on April 25 at 9:10 PM KST on tvN.
