Actor Koo Kyo-hwan returns with a new drama written by acclaimed screenwriter Park Hae-young.
JTBC's upcoming weekend series Everyone Is Fighting Their Own Worthlessness (short title: MojaMussa) unveiled its title poster on March 4.
Koo Kyo-hwan plays Hwang Dong-man, an aspiring film director. Dong-man has spent 20 years preparing for his debut, all while watching his friends succeed in the film industry. Surrounded by their success, he struggles with deep feelings of inferiority.
A Quiet Battle Within
The poster captures a striking contrast. Dong-man sits alone, curled up as if weighed down by self-doubt. Yet inside him, a fierce struggle continues as he fights against his sense of worthlessness.
The production team explained that the poster visualizes inner darkness through a "shadow" motif. "Dong-man may appear motionless, but inside he is fighting countless battles," they said.
They added that his journey carries a universal message. "We hope his cry from the lowest point becomes encouragement for everyone who is fighting their own feelings of worthlessness."
Everyone Is Fighting Their Own Worthlessness follows a man who feels left behind among his successful friends and explores his search for inner peace. The drama is scheduled to premiere next month.
