Netflix's action series Bloodhounds is returning with Season 2.
Netflix announced on March 4 that Bloodhounds 2 will premiere on April 3. The platform also unveiled a teaser poster and trailer, raising anticipation among global viewers.
The new season follows Geon-woo (Woo Do-hwan) and Woo-jin (Lee Sang-yi) as they once again throw powerful punches against a global illegal boxing league ruled by money and violence.
A Stronger, More Brutal Second Round
The series returns about three years after its first season. Season 1 captivated audiences worldwide with its intense hand-to-hand action, portraying two young boxers who stood up to the world of illegal loan sharks.
Season 2 raises the stakes even higher. The trailer teases a life-or-death showdown as Geon-woo emerges stronger through relentless fights and brutal training. He even savors victories in the ring.
However, a new threat appears. Baek-jeong (Jung Ji-hoon) enters as the ruthless ruler of the underground league. He sets his sights on Geon-woo as the next target, tightening the noose around him.

The Hunt Begins Again
Geon-woo and Woo-jin steel themselves for another battle. "To catch a beast, you have to become scarier than the beast," they declare.
The newly released poster features the two fighters battered and bruised, yet unwavering in their determination. The tagline reads: "Protect to the end. Bite until the end."
The production team emphasized that the story expands beyond illegal loan sharks to a global illegal boxing league. They also highlighted the performances of Woo Do-hwan and Lee Sang-yi, alongside Jung Ji-hoon, who completes the series' most powerful villain.
Viewers can also expect even more thrilling action. The team added that the "Bloodhounds will bite until the end," promising evolved fight sequences and a more brutal wave of villains that deliver pure catharsis.
