Yeon Sang-ho Returns with a New Zombie Vision
The film marks another major project from Yeon Sang-ho, the director behind the Korean zombie phenomenon Train to Busan (2016). He also gained attention for the dystopian series Hellbound (2024).
A newly revealed concept typography heightened curiosity about the film. In the visual, infected figures appear tangled between the movie's title letters, their bodies fused together with white, viscous substances.
The imagery hints at intense suspense. A mass of infected creatures moving in a single direction suggests a fierce confrontation between survivors and the evolving infected.
Colony is scheduled to premiere in theaters this May.
