KickFlip is heating up the comeback atmosphere with a pre-release track from its upcoming album.
JYP Entertainment shared a music video teaser for "Twenty," a track from KickFlip's fourth mini album My First Kick, on social media on March 6.
The teaser runs about 50 seconds and evokes the mood of a youthful coming-of-age film. The members, now all in their twenties, are shown traveling together and capturing moments along the journey.
It heightened anticipation for the full song. Over a soaring melody, the lyrics "Twenty, I'm twenty, I'm twenty, I'm twenty, I'm fine" appear.
"Twenty" explores the complex emotions that come with new beginnings. Member Donghyeon participated in composing the track, which reflects the growth of young people stepping into their twenties.
KickFlip debuted in January last year with the first mini album Flip it, Kick it!. The group achieved notable milestones, including a music show win and Rookie of the Year awards.
In January this year, the group released the digital single From KickFlip, To WeFlip to mark its first debut anniversary and also held its first fan concert tour.
Meanwhile, KickFlip will release the mini album My First Kick on April 6, with the track "Twenty" arriving early on March 9.
