by. ymchoi

NCT JNJM has proven its popularity in Japan.

According to the latest Oricon chart dated March 5, NCT JNJM's first mini album BOTH SIDES ranked No. 1 on the Oricon Daily Album Chart.

The unit has also achieved strong global results. The album previously topped QQ Music's Digital Album EP Chart in China and entered the Top 10 of the iTunes Top Albums Chart in 17 regions worldwide.

Strong Domestic Response

The group is also receiving strong support in Korea. Shortly after its release, BOTH SIDES became a half-million seller, while the album's tracks reached No. 1 on Bugs' real-time chart and performed strongly across major Korean music platforms.

A Unit Built on 10 Years of Chemistry

The album contains six tracks, including the title track "BOTH SIDES," along with "Idol," "What It Is," "Hashtag," "Wind Up," and "Sexier."

The central theme of the album is duality. Members Jeno and Jaemin present their distinct musical colors while balancing each other to tell a cohesive narrative.

NCT JNJM is the first unit formed from NCT DREAM. Jeno and Jaemin, who have trained and worked together for over a decade since their trainee days, joined forces for the project.

Meanwhile, NCT JNJM will begin performing "BOTH SIDES" on various music programs, starting with MBC's Show! Music Core on March 7.
