Actress Jang Nara has clarified misinformation surrounding reports about the death of an employee from an entertainment agency.

On March 10, a representative for Jang Nara told Dispatch via phone that the actress has no connection with the company "Rael BNC," where the deceased staff member worked.

Contract With Former Agency Already Ended

According to her side, Jang Nara signed an exclusive contract with the agency early last year. However, the agreement was terminated in August of the same year.

Since then, she has continued her entertainment activities independently alongside her manager.

Because the termination of her contract was not widely known, some reports mistakenly linked the actress to the agency, leading to the spread of incorrect information.

Request for Respect Rather Than Damage Claims

Despite the confusion, Jang Nara's team asked the public to focus on honoring the deceased rather than discussing the false report.

"A was someone we worked with before, so this is very heartbreaking," the representative said, expressing condolences.

Meanwhile, Jang Nara is preparing to return to the small screen this year with the upcoming SBS drama Good Partner 2.
