CLOUDIAN will take the stage for the live performance series Mirrorball Pick.
Mirrorball Music announced on March 11 that CLOUDIAN will perform at Jebidabang in Hongdae, Seoul, on March 18 as part of the Mirrorball Pick stage.
The band was selected as this month's Mirrorball Pick artist. They join this year's lineup following singer-songwriter Joo Yoon-ha and the band Two Day Old Sneakers.
From Festival Grand Prize to Global Stage
CLOUDIAN first gained major recognition after winning the grand prize at the "Burak Battle" of the Busan International Rock Festival in 2018. Their distinctive epic rock sound quickly drew the attention of music fans.
The band has also proven its potential internationally. After releasing the single Gardener in November last year, CLOUDIAN successfully completed a tour across six European cities.
Reborn as a Trio
Recently, the group reorganized its lineup, transitioning from a six-member band into a trio. The current members are Brighton (vocals), OM (violin), and Logan (drums).
A representative shared that this performance will be the band's first meeting with domestic fans since the reorganization, adding that CLOUDIAN plans to showcase strengthened teamwork and deeper musical capabilities.
They added that CLOUDIAN, which demonstrated the essence of Korean-style epic rock on European stages, is expected to deliver a rich and powerful performance through Mirrorball Pick.
Meanwhile, Mirrorball Pick is a concert brand launched to strengthen the sustainability of Korea's indie music scene. Artists such as Crying Nut and Danpyunsun and the Sailors have previously appeared in the series.
