ENHYPEN members shared their thoughts after the group reorganized into a six-member lineup following Heeseung's decision to pursue an independent solo path.

On March 11, ENHYPEN posted a lengthy message on X (formerly Twitter). The members expressed concern for fans, writing that they were most worried about how ENGENE, the fandom, might react to the news.

They emphasized their deep connection with fans, saying that seeing ENGENE worried or hurt is the most painful thing for them, as ENHYPEN has always existed for their supporters.

Six Years Together

The members reflected on the six years they spent together with Heeseung. They described that time as something too precious to fully express in words.

Because of that bond, they said they chose to respect and support Heeseung's decision to pursue his own musical direction and begin a new chapter as a solo artist.

Promise to Fans

The group reassured fans that they will continue to grow and work harder to ease ENGENE's worries and create happier days for them.

They concluded by promising to become an ENHYPEN that fans can be proud of, adding that they will never forget their gratitude for the support they receive everywhere.

Earlier, Belift Lab officially confirmed Heeseung's solo independence, explaining that the company recognized the clarity of his musical vision and decided to respect his choice.

Heeseung also shared a message with fans, saying he made a big decision in order to return with a better version of himself. He hinted that he is preparing diligently for his solo activities.

Meanwhile, ENHYPEN was formed through Mnet's survival program I-LAND and debuted in November 2020 with their first mini album Border: Day One.
