Singer Sung Si-kyung will lead the ninth season of the music talk show The Seasons.
Sung Si-kyung has been confirmed as the new host of the upcoming season of KBS2's The Seasons, which premieres on March 27. He follows previous hosts including Choi Jung-hoon of Jannabi, Park Bo-gum, and 10CM.
Title Inspired by His Signature Image
The production team revealed on March 11 that the new season will be titled The Seasons – Sung Si-kyung's Ear Boyfriend.
The title reflects one of the singer's well-known nicknames. Over the past 25 years, Sung Si-kyung has been widely loved as a "ballad emperor," captivating listeners with his distinctive vocal tone.
Music Talk Show Returns
A production representative stated that Sung Si-kyung will lead the program with the musical depth he has built over decades, combined with his extensive stage experience and witty hosting style.
Meanwhile, the first recording of The Seasons – Sung Si-kyung's Ear Boyfriend will take place on March 17. The program is scheduled to premiere on March 27 at 10 p.m. (KST).
