BTS offers a first look into the making of their fifth full album ARIRANG.

On March 17, Netflix unveiled the trailer for the documentary film BTS: THE RETURN via its official YouTube channel.

Running approximately 1 minute and 55 seconds, the trailer captures BTS's past, present, and future. It features scenes from their previous world tour, military discharge moments, and songwriting sessions in the United States.

As they prepare for their comeback, the members reflect deeply on their direction. "Trends change, and we can't keep doing the same thing," they say. "If we're going to evolve, now is the time."

They also revisit their identity. RM shares, "We're still just country boys from Korea," adding, "We're trying to figure out what BTS truly is."

The trailer is set to the traditional Korean folk song "Arirang," adding emotional depth and reinforcing the group's connection to their roots.

It builds anticipation for their next chapter, with narration hinting, "This might be something only we can create."

BTS: THE RETURN documents the group's reunion after military service and their journey of making music together again. Directed by Bao Nguyen, the film is set to premiere on March 27.
