by. ymchoi

Park Jihoon is returning to music with a new album after three years.

YY Entertainment announced that Park Jihoon will release his first single album 'RE:FLECT' on April 29 at 6 PM (KST) across major streaming platforms.

'RE:FLECT' captures Park Jihoon's signature message, reflecting on the passage of time and the emotions left behind. The album explores a journey of revisiting those feelings and confronting the present self.

A "coming soon" poster was also unveiled, heightening anticipation. It features a pure white envelope filled with feathers, paired with an angel illustration to create a dreamy, ethereal mood.

The agency stated that this marks Park Jihoon's first comeback since his 2023 release 'Blank or Black,' adding that the new album will showcase his musical growth and transformation.

Fan Meeting Ahead of Comeback

Park Jihoon will also meet fans ahead of the release. He is set to hold a fan meeting titled 'Same Place' on April 25–26 at YES24 Live Hall in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, aiming for closer interaction with fans.

From Idol to Box Office Star

Beyond music, Park Jihoon has solidified his presence as an actor. His film 'The Man Who Lives with the King' surpassed 14.92 million viewers as of the morning of March 25, ranking third in the all-time Korean box office.

He received acclaim for his role as King Danjong (Lee Hongwi), drawing attention for his restrained emotional acting and immersive performance, sparking what fans dubbed "Danjong syndrome."
