Lee Junho is set to promote the global appeal of Busan as the city prepares for a major international design milestone.
On March 27, the Busan Metropolitan Government announced that Lee Junho has been officially appointed as a promotional ambassador for World Design Capital Busan 2028. He is scheduled to attend the appointment ceremony held in Haeundae on the same day.
A Global Face for Busan's Design Vision
The appointment reflects Lee Junho's strong global recognition and widespread public appeal. In his new role, he will help communicate the vision and identity of World Design Capital Busan 2028 to both domestic and international audiences.
His ambassadorial term runs from March this year through February next year. During this period, he will participate in official events, poster shoots, promotional videos, campaign recordings, and short-form content production.
Expanding Presence Across Entertainment and Culture
Lee Junho shared his thoughts, stating that it is meaningful to take part as an ambassador and that he aims to introduce Busan's unique charm to a broader audience.
Meanwhile, he is also set to appear in the upcoming Netflix variety show Kian's Bizarre B&B Season 2, continuing his active presence across multiple entertainment platforms.
