SM Entertainment is extending its support to children in Indonesia through a renewed global partnership.
SM attended a social contribution agreement ceremony with the UNICEF Korea Committee at the UNICEF Indonesia office on March 27. Members Jiwoo and Carmen of Hearts2Hearts were also present.
This marks the fourth renewal of SM's partnership with UNICEF Korea. The agreement focuses on building eco-friendly schools and improving educational environments for children in Indonesia.
By 2028, SM plans to install modern sanitation facilities in 60 schools and introduce water quality monitoring systems to enhance hygiene conditions.
In addition, sustainable school garden programs will be implemented across 45 schools. The initiative also includes hygiene awareness campaigns and environmental education to help foster young leaders.
Hearts2Hearts shared, "We are honored to be part of this meaningful initiative for children in Indonesia. We hope they can grow up healthy and happy in a better school environment."
They added, "We will continue to support the healthy growth of children in Indonesia and do our best to contribute wherever help is needed."
Meanwhile, Hearts2Hearts is set to appear on the Grammy Museum's Global Spin Live series in the United States.
