The race to debut the next global girl group under HYBE and Geffen Records is entering its final stage. The top four finalists of World Scout: The Final Piece have officially been confirmed.
Episode 6 of the audition program aired on March 31 via Japanese OTT platform Abema, where the final four contestants—Hiori (18), Ayana (18), Sakura (15), and Aoi (19)—were announced.
Four Finalists Step Into the Spotlight
Each finalist demonstrated distinct strengths throughout the competition. Hiori showed remarkable growth, Aoi commanded strong stage presence, Ayana pushed past her limits, and Sakura stood out with her natural star quality.
Their next challenge is teamwork. The finalists must now train alongside pre-selected debut members Emily Kelavos, Lexi Levin, and Samara Siqueira, forming a cohesive unit ahead of the final evaluation.
High-Stakes Finale Ahead
The trainees were introduced to new songs, including "PARTY b4 the PARTY" and "WE RIDE," as part of their preparation for the finale stage.
However, only two of the four finalists will secure a spot in the debut lineup, raising the stakes even higher.
The program also brought in a world-class coaching team. Choreographers who have worked with Beyoncé joined the U.S. training camp, while vocal coach Lauren Reial—known for working with KATSEYE—guided the contestants' vocal development.
The coaches emphasized discipline and mindset, encouraging the trainees to push beyond self-imposed limits as they approach the final stage.
World Scout: The Final Piece is an audition program designed to form HYBE and Geffen Records' next global girl group, following the success of KATSEYE.
