Wanna One is officially reuniting, marking their return after seven years with a special event for fans.

Mnet announced on April 1 that the group will hold an opening ceremony for their upcoming reality show WANNA ONE GO: Back to Base. The event will take place on April 6 at Sangam DMC Culture Park in Seoul, ahead of the show's premiere.

A Long-Awaited Reunion Moment

The teaser revealed the full lineup—Park Ji-hoon, Kang Daniel, Hwang Min-hyun, Ha Sung-woon, Bae Jin-young, Ong Seong-wu, Park Woo-jin, Yoon Ji-sung, Lee Dae-hwi, and Kim Jae-hwan—reuniting on screen.

The members shared emotional reactions to the comeback. Lee Dae-hwi recalled tearing up when the teaser dropped on New Year's Day, while Ong Seong-wu reminisced about their past variety moments, including games and shared meals.

Hwang Min-hyun noted the collective excitement among members, and Ha Sung-woon expressed confidence that the new season will be even more entertaining.

Wanna One was originally formed through Mnet's Produce 101 Season 2 in 2017, quickly rising to fame with hits like "Energetic" and "Beautiful." Their activities lasted about one and a half years, leaving a lasting impact on the K-pop scene.

Their reality series Wanna One Go also played a key role in expanding their fandom by showcasing candid, behind-the-scenes moments.

WANNA ONE GO: Back to Base is scheduled to premiere on April 28, bringing both nostalgia and new memories for fans worldwide.
