Shin Dong-yup, Suzy, and Park Bo-gum will once again host Korea's most prestigious awards ceremony, continuing their long-standing partnership.

The Baeksang Arts Awards committee confirmed on April 2 that the trio will serve as MCs for the 62nd Baeksang Arts Awards, set to take place on May 8 at COEX in Seoul.

A Record-Setting Hosting Trio

This marks the eighth time the three stars will host the ceremony together, reinforcing their status as the definitive MC lineup of Baeksang.

Individually, Shin Dong-yup will host the event for the 12th time, Suzy for the 11th consecutive year, and Park Bo-gum for the eighth time.

Experience Meets Consistency

Shin Dong-yup, widely regarded as a master of live broadcasting, has been a central figure at Baeksang since first taking the stage in 2006. This year, he will also appear as a presenter, handing out the award in the male variety category, which he won last year.

Suzy continues her uninterrupted streak since 2016, maintaining her role as a symbolic figure of the ceremony.

Park Bo-gum, who began hosting at the 54th edition, briefly stepped away due to military service but returned immediately after discharge, resuming his place on the Baeksang stage.

Anticipation Builds for the Ceremony

The 62nd Baeksang Arts Awards will be held on May 8, with nominations across television, film, theater, and musical categories to be announced on April 13.

With their proven chemistry and experience, the trio is expected to once again deliver a polished and engaging ceremony.
