BTS spotlight perseverance through a new storytelling project. The group unveiled interviews featuring director Park Chan-wook and fashion designer Nora Noh, expanding the message behind their latest release.
The project unfolds on BTS's official YouTube channel. Their mini documentary series KEEP SWIMMING with BTS is being released sequentially, offering a closer look at the philosophy behind their music.
At the core is the title track "SWIM" from their fifth full-length album ARIRANG. In an era driven by results, the series reframes attention toward effort and persistence rather than outcomes.
Conversations on Process and Persistence
Park Chan-wook appears as the first featured figure. He described himself as "not a particularly demanding creator," explaining that he does not fixate on specific locations when writing scripts.
For him, communication is essential. "Rather than working alone, I keep asking questions and engaging in dialogue," he said. "Through conversation, my thoughts become clearer. It's the fastest way to reach good judgment."
The following episode features Nora Noh, Korea's first-generation fashion designer. She reflects on her time advancing into the U.S. market, revisiting her proudest achievements while contemplating what lies ahead.
Noh emphasized continuity. "I hope Nora Noh continues on forever," she said, adding, "Still, you have to keep going until you can. No one can force that decision."
Expanding Stories of Endurance
The campaign also includes national snowboarder Choi Ga-on. Alongside these figures, the series continues to introduce individuals steadily overcoming their own waves in different fields.
Meanwhile, BTS will embark on a large-scale world tour spanning 34 cities with 85 shows. On April 8, three additional dates were confirmed for the South American leg.
