Miyeon of i-dle is set to take the stage in Japan, signaling her growing popularity in the region.
She has been invited to perform at the "JJ 5th Anniversary Fest 2026" (JJ Festival), scheduled for April 18. The event celebrates the 50th anniversary of JJ magazine, bringing together major artists across Asia. Alongside Miyeon, artists such as 2PM's Chansung and Kep1er are also part of the lineup.
Expanding Her Solo Presence
Miyeon has been actively building her identity as a solo artist. She released her second solo mini album MY, Lover last year, showcasing a broader musical spectrum and reinforcing her versatility beyond group activities.
She also participated in global collaboration stages. On March 14, she unveiled a new collaborative performance with "Newton" at the "42nd Mynavi Tokyo Girls Collection 2026 S/S," marking another milestone in her international presence.
Balancing Solo and Group Activities
While focusing on solo promotions, Miyeon continues her group activities with i-dle. The group released their Japanese EP i-dle last year and successfully held their first Japan arena tour "(逢い-dle)."
Looking ahead, i-dle will return to Japan this summer with their "2026 i-dle World Tour – Syncopation," set for June 20–21 at K-Arena Yokohama.
