CORTIS is unveiling a pre-release track ahead of its upcoming album.
The group will drop "REDRED," the title track of its second mini album "GREENGREEN," on April 20 at 6 PM across major music platforms.
"REDRED" expresses the group's artistic direction through the color "green," while symbolizing what they guard against with "red." The track features raw electronic sounds combined with a catchy beat.
"Young Creator Crew" Identity
The new release highlights CORTIS's identity as a "young creator crew." The members actively participated in creating not only the music but also visual content and choreography.
Each member's taste is reflected in the work. The group held a song camp in Los Angeles, where they produced tracks including "REDRED," while also contributing ideas across various creative fields.
CORTIS debuted in August last year. Its first mini album "Color Outside the Line" recorded 2.06 million copies sold, setting a record for the highest-selling debut album in K-pop history.
Aiming for Another Double Million
The group is aiming to achieve a second consecutive double million-seller. According to YG Plus and Universal Records, pre-orders for the new album reached 2,024,836 copies as of April 16.
Meanwhile, CORTIS will hold a "REDRED Release Party" at YES24 Live Hall in Seoul at 8 PM on April 20.
