Tsuki cooking, looks familiar, doesn't it?

She tasted the food she made and cried.

So she went to find her master.

"I came to learn how to make kimchi jjim."

BILLY's Tsuki took on learning Korean cuisine. Recently on a variety show, she challenged making kimchi jjim. She started with confidence, but ended up crying, saying she had "made inedible food."
Someone watched this with particular sympathy. It was Seo Byung-ho, a Korean cuisine head chef. Upon hearing that Tsuki could learn kimchi jjim directly, she rushed over immediately.
She received detailed explanations covering ingredient prep, broth, cooking, and plating. The result was successful. Chef Seo acknowledged Tsuki as his apprentice and even suggested they work together.
'Dispatch' brings you the story of Japanese member Tsuki's challenge with Korean cuisine.

Starting with the most important ingredient, kimchi.

Ginger, green onions, and other ingredients were prepared.

The chef's anxious gaze

Do you remember when Tsuki seasoned the kimchi jjim by eye?

"Let's make a proper broth first." (Chef)

Tsuki's mistake
He also prevented a "dessert-use" allulose disaster.

Sugar was used to balance the sourness and off-flavors.

"The taste is different from what I made."

Throughout the cooking process, Tsuki listened attentively to the chef. She actively participated, saying things like "Let me do this!" and "Should we try it this way?"
The chef watched with satisfaction and said his ambitions were growing. He decided to attempt plating, which wasn't originally planned.

The prepared pork was sliced thin.

"This is what I made!" (Tsuki)
