[Dispatch=Reporter Kim Ji-ho] Group FIFTY FIFTY has taken on their first acting challenge since debut. They have been cast in lead roles for the short-form drama 'After School Exorcism Club.'
'After School Exorcism Club' is a short-form drama. The genre is high teen occult comedy. It depicts the story of five high school girls who band together to exorcise a school-bound spirit.
It is based on a universe connected to FIFTY FIFTY's albums. The distinctive feature is that the individual personalities and characteristics of each member are reflected throughout the script.
Kina appears as exorcism ace 'Na Jin-shim.' She is a girl with poor grades who can see ghosts. Mon Chanel takes on the role of athletic scholarship student 'Wang So-ra,' a student who becomes the shield of the exorcism club with her natural athletic abilities.
Yewon transforms into 'Choi Woo-soo,' the top student and perfectionist. Hana takes on the role of eccentric lovely broadcasting club member 'Geum Jo-yeon,' and Athena takes on the role of 'Jo A-young,' an only child of a local figure and occult enthusiast.
Director Jung Ju directs. He has presented music videos including BTOB's 'You Shouldn't Cry,' Melomance's 'Greed,' and the mobile game 'BTS World' OST 'Heartbeat.'
Meanwhile, 'After School Exorcism Club' will be released on platform 'Kitz' in May.
