According to Netflix's official site Tudum's latest tally (April 27–May 3), the Netflix series "Girigo" topped the Global Top 10 Series (Non-English) chart.
The show claimed a top-ten position for two consecutive weeks. The title recorded 7.5 million views (the number of viewing hours divided by the runtime of the work) and 44.8 million viewing hours during the tally period.
It entered the top 10 in a total of 64 countries/regions. In 24 of these countries/regions, it ranked first. These include South Korea, Bolivia, Egypt, Morocco, India, Thailand, and Singapore.
The SBS-TV Wednesday-Thursday drama "Sold Out Today Again" ranked third with 3.7 million views. It demonstrated high popularity by entering the top 10 in 42 countries/regions.
The Netflix series "Hunting Dogs 2" is enjoying a prolonged run. During the period in question, it recorded 1.5 million views and remained at ninth place. It has maintained a top-10 position for five consecutive weeks.
Meanwhile, "Girigo" tells the story of high school students who have been foretold of death due to the curse of an application that grants wishes, as they struggle to escape the curse.
