[Dispatch=Lee Myung-joo] The film Colony, directed by Yeon Sang-ho, has teased overwhelming suspense with its first trailer.

Distributor Showbox released the trailer on the 8th. Running 1 minute and 3 seconds, it captures the desperate struggle of characters trapped in the middle of an infection outbreak.

Jun Ji-hyun (as Kwon Se-jung), Ji Chang-wook (as Choi Hyun-seok), Shin Hyun-been (as Gong Seol-hee), Kim Shin-rok (as Choi Hyun-hee), and Ko Soo (as Han Kyu-sung) fight to resolve the crisis.

In contrast, Koo Kyo-hwan (as Seo Young-chul) maintains a calm and composed attitude. His line, “I am the only vaccine,” raises curiosity about the secret he holds.

The infected also draw attention. Evolving in unpredictable ways, they charge forward with ferocity, hinting at a perilous journey ahead.

A source commented, “With its speed, scale, and suspense, the film will captivate audiences as one of the most intense entertainment experiences.”

Meanwhile, Colony tells the story of survivors confronting evolving infected inside a building sealed off due to a mysterious outbreak. The film is set to premiere on the 21st.
