[Dispatch=Lee Myung-joo Reporter] HIVE is expanding its multi-label system further. Ahead of a rookie girl group launch, the company is unveiling a new label.

HIVE announced on the 8th, "We have established 'ABD,' a label specialized in girl group production." The name is derived from the initials of "A Bold Dream."

The label will be managed by newly appointed CEO Noh Ji-won. CEO Noh has built label operation experience at Pledis Entertainment and More Vision.

ABD is characterized by having an organization specialized in girl group production and a team of creators. Through differentiated IP, it will establish itself as a girl group-specialized label.

The first launch will be marked by a rookie girl group scheduled to debut in the second half of this year. Han Sung-soo, Master Professional, will oversee overall producing and lead music production.

An official explained the establishment of ABD as "part of a strategic move to secure IP diversity and further advance K-pop production capabilities."

They added, "Through the rookie girl group, we will propose new musical attempts and concepts and create fresh changes in the global music market."
