[Dispatch=Lee Myung-joo] KATSEYE takes the stage at the American Music Awards.

U.S. broadcaster CBS and production company Dick Clark Productions announced the additional performance lineup for the 52nd American Music Awards (AMA) on the 8th (Korean time).

KATSEYE will take the stage at the awards ceremony as a nominee for Breakthrough New Artist. The group was also nominated for Best Music Video and Breakthrough Pop Artist.

The AMA said, "KATSEYE will perform their new song 'PINKY UP.' Through the U.S. broadcast premiere performance, the group will captivate fans."

Beyond KATSEYE, top artists have joined the performer lineup. Maluma, Twenty One Pilots, Keith Urban, and Sombre will perform.

The AMA is one of three major American pop music awards ceremonies alongside Billboard and Grammy. The ceremony will be held on the 25th at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

Meanwhile, KATSEYE will release their third EP 'WILD' in August.
