[Dispatch=Jung Tae-yoon] KiiiKiii’s Lee Sol is set to take on her first awards show hosting role.

The organizing committee of the Seoul Music Awards announced on the 11th, “Lee Sol has been selected as an MC for the 35th Seoul Music Awards, which will be held on the 20th of next month at Inspire Arena in Yeongjongdo, Incheon.”

Lee Sol will showcase her skills as she hosts an awards ceremony for the first time since her debut. She shared, “It is an honor and a privilege to be part of the Seoul Music Awards, which carries a 35-year history.”

She continued, “I still vividly remember going on stage—something I had only seen on TV—and receiving the Rookie Award after my debut last year. Now that I will be hosting as an MC, I feel an even stronger desire to do well.”

Finally, she added, “Since I’ve been entrusted with this role, I will prepare to the best of my ability so it can become a fun and special memory for everyone. We are also working hard to prepare KiiiKiii’s performance, so please look forward to it and show your support.”

The Seoul Music Awards marks its 35th anniversary this year. Hosted by Sports Seoul and organized by its committee, it is one of Korea’s representative K-pop awards ceremonies, where artists who shined throughout the year gather to celebrate their achievements.

Lee Sol has previously proven her capabilities through multiple music show MC roles, demonstrating stable hosting skills as well as witty remarks and engaging reactions. She is expected to further showcase her growth as a host at this ceremony.

Meanwhile, the 35th Seoul Music Awards, hosted by Lee Sol, will take place on the 20th of next month at Inspire Arena in Yeongjongdo, Incheon. KiiiKiii will also take the stage to meet fans.
