Girl group 'SAINT SATINE' has been born. Following Emily, Lexi, and Samara from 'The Debut: Dream Academy', Sakura has joined.
The broadcast showcased the final stage of Sakura and Ayana. The two competed for the last spot at the Hollywood LA Fonda Theatre in the United States.
Sakura sang the new song with members confirmed for debut. She successfully completed a difficult split.
She received high praise from the judges. Son Seong-deuk, HxG's chief creator, said, "I got chills the moment Sakura came forward."
Ayana performed 'WE RIDE'. The skills she has built up steadily stood out. She drew attention with unwavering vocals and perfect movements.
Mitra Darab, HxG's representative, applauded Ayana. "She conveyed her swagger well to the audience, and it was good to see her enjoying the stage," she said.
After the two finished their stages, the judges exchanged opinions. After deliberation, their choice was Sakura. When her name was called, she showed tears.
Sakura could not hide her joy. "I wanted to become an artist who shines on the world stage. I am very grateful to have achieved my dream," she said.
At the end of the broadcast, the team name was announced. HYBE-Geffen Records' second girl group was 'SAINT SATINE'. It represents intense charisma and an elegant image.
The members took the stage once more. Emily, Lexi, Samara, and Sakura held hands saying "The puzzle is complete".
Meanwhile, 'SAINT SATINE' is aiming for a debut in the second half of this year.
