Netflix announced on the 14th (Korea time) through "Tudum" that it "will hold a global concert tour for the Netflix animated film 'K-pop Demon Hunters.'"

The company is planning a world tour derived from 'K-pop Demon Hunters.' Netflix described it as "a live performance that vividly realizes elements from the film."

For this tour, Netflix is collaborating with American entertainment company AEG Presents. Specific details regarding the performance will be revealed in the second half of this year.

Amy Reinhardt, head of advertising, said, "'K-pop Demon Hunters' fans will be able to experience the characters and music they love up close."

'K-pop Demon Hunters' is a work based on K-pop idols. It features girl group and exorcist Huntryx confronting the evil spirit boy group Liarboys.

It drew syndrome-level popularity worldwide. It was the first Netflix content to surpass 3 billion cumulative views. This surpasses the impact of 'Squid Game Season 1.'

It swept various award ceremonies. It won 2 awards at the 83rd Golden Globe Awards. At the 98th Academy Awards, it received 2 trophies including the original song award.

In particular, the original soundtrack (OST) struck the global music industry hard. 'Golden' has maintained the top ranks of the US Billboard Hot 100 for 46 weeks.

Huntryx's songs were sung by Jae Lee, Audrey Noona, and Rei Ami. Liarboys songs were handled by Andrew Choi, Kevin, Danny Jung, Nexwave, and Samuel Lee.
