[Dispatch=Yuha News Reporter] Singer and actor IU practiced warm sharing on her birthday.

Her agency EDAM Entertainment announced on the 16th that "IU donated a total of 300 million won in the name of IU Aena (IU + fandom name 'Yuena')."

IU donated 100 million won to Asan Medical Center Seoul, and 50 million won each to Walking Together with Children, Milk Delivery Inquiring After Elderly, Korean Unmarried Mother Family Association, and Warm Together.

The donation will be used for a variety of groups including support for patients facing economic difficulties, education and cultural support for children and youth, care for elderly living alone, support for vulnerable single-mother families, and support for advanced assistive devices for the disabled.

IU has consistently practiced sharing as 'IU Aena' on meaningful occasions each year including her debut anniversary, birthday, and year-end holidays. On the 5th, she also donated 150 million won to support children and youth.

Meanwhile, IU is meeting with viewers as Seong Hee-joo in the MBC-TV Friday-Saturday drama "The Grand Lady of the 21st Century."
