LE SSERAFIM released its second regular album "PUREFLOW pt.1" on the 22nd at 1 p.m. According to Hanteechart, an album sales tracking site, the new album sold 435,675 copies on its first day of release.

It topped the music charts on the 22nd. This is the No. 1 first-day sales figure among fourth-generation K-pop girl group albums released this year. Expanding the scope to all generations, it is the second-highest figure after BLACKPINK.

The new album entered the "Worldwide iTunes Albums" chart at No. 3. As of 9 a.m. on the 23rd, it appeared on iTunes "Top Albums" in 27 countries and regions including Singapore, France, and Japan.

Among these, it ranked in the top 10 in 20 countries and regions including Mexico, Canada, and Italy, proving its global popularity.

The title track "BOOMPALA" is also garnering worldwide attention. The song entered the "Worldwide iTunes Songs" chart at No. 20 on the 22nd.

As of 9 a.m. on the 23rd, it charted on iTunes "Top Songs" in a total of 21 countries and regions including the UK, the US, and Japan. It also demonstrated a strong response on YouTube.

It entered the YouTube "Trending Videos Chart" in 27 countries and regions including South Korea (11th), Japan (4th), and the US (7th), drawing attention from listeners worldwide.

The new album captures the change and growth experienced by the five members as they face their fears. Those who once proclaimed "fearless" become more united with each other as they confront their fears, and based on that strength, they move forward.

The title track sampled the Latin pop "Macarena," which has been popular globally. It is a bright and cheerful song that people of all ages around the world can enjoy together.

Meanwhile, LE SSERAFIM will perform the title track on MBC-TV's "Show! Music Core" at 3:15 p.m. on the 22nd.
