[Dispatch=Reporter Lee Myung-joo] Actor Jung Il-woo is continuing diverse global activities to mark his 20th debut anniversary.
Jung Il-woo recently attended the International Economic Trade Culture Exchange Forum held in Shanghai, China. At the event, he was appointed as 'Asia-Pacific Economic Trade Culture Exchange Ambassador.'
As a Korean Wave star, he has made a positive impact on promoting understanding of Asian culture and facilitating cultural exchange between nations. He is being evaluated as having led the expansion of Korean popular culture.
He also held a local fan meeting. On the 16th, Jung Il-woo held his Asia tour 'STILL HERE' in Hangzhou. It is an offline event commemorating his 20th debut anniversary.
He prepared various segments. Along with an interview looking back on the past 20 years, he presented various performances. Interactive games, Q&A with fans, and fan service were also arranged.
He expressed gratitude to fans who have loved him unchanged over the years. He smiled and said, "Thank you for always being with me. I am still here as well."
Jung Il-woo debuted in 2006 with the sitcom 'Unstoppable High Kick.' He subsequently appeared in 'The Moon That Embraces the Sun' and 'Please Take Care of My Refrigerator,' drawing popularity both domestically and internationally.
