[Dispatch=Reporter Yuha] The Netflix 'K-pop Demon Hunters' OST 'Golden' took home a trophy at an overseas awards ceremony.

The '2026 American Music Awards' was held on the 26th (Korea time) at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, USA.

'Golden' won 'Song of the Year'. It took the trophy, beating out 9 competing songs including Taylor Swift's 'The Fate of Ophelia'.

Lee Jae and Rei Ami said on the day, "We properly closed the chapter," and "We gained great strength thanks to our fans. We are truly grateful to the 'K-pop Demon Hunters' team as well," sharing their acceptance remarks.

The '2026 American Music Awards' is one of the three major pop music awards ceremonies in the United States. Candidates are selected based on a comprehensive assessment of streaming, sales, and radio broadcast count.

Meanwhile, Netflix recently officially confirmed the 'K-pop Demon Hunters' world tour concert. Detailed schedules will be announced later.
