G-Dragon heading to Taiwan… 'K-Spark' 5 consecutive headliners

[Dispatch=Lee Myung-joo Reporter] Singer G-Dragon will appear as a main headliner at a global K-pop festival.

G-Dragon will headline the finale of 'K-SPARK in Kaohsiung 2026' at the National Stadium in Kaohsiung, Taiwan on the 30th.

'K-SPARK' is a K-pop festival that has toured major Asian cities. In particular, tickets for this performance sold out entirely within 30 minutes of opening.

G-Dragon was selected as the main artist for five consecutive performances. He takes the stage overseas following Bangkok, Hanoi, Kuala Lumpur, and Macau.

The festival organizers introduced G-Dragon as "a cultural icon and pioneering artist who established sound, style, and the spirit of K-pop."

He has been pursuing wide-ranging activities worldwide this year. From a French charity event to the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.

Through this festival, he expands his activity scope further. An official said, "Please look forward to the unique performance G-Dragon will present."

Meanwhile, BIGBANG, the group G-Dragon belongs to, is preparing to release a new album for their 20th debut anniversary. They will launch a world tour in August.
