[Dispatch=Reporter Lee Myung-ju] Actor Nam Goong-min returns to home screens with KBS-2TV's new Saturday-Sunday drama 'The Completion of Marriage.'

The production side of 'The Completion of Marriage' (screenplay by Jung Jae-ha, directed by Kim Jung-hyun and Kim Min-tae) announced the casting lineup on the 27th. "Nam Goong-min, Kim Dae-myung, Lee Seol, and Lee Sang-hee will appear," it stated.

'The Completion of Marriage' is a crime thriller. It follows a man facing divorce who wages a desperate battle against a callous criminal to rescue his kidnapped wife.

Nam Goong-min plays Kang Tae-joo, a neurosurgeon and director of Uri Together Hospital. His character becomes both a fugitive and pursuer after his wife, from whom he faces a divorce demand, is kidnapped.

It marks his return to a KBS drama after approximately 7 years. Nam Goong-min previously appeared in 'Doctor Prisoner,' which ended in 2019. He also played a doctor at that time.

Kim Dae-myung plays Noh Man-hee, director of a computer academy. He is a villain who hides a callous true nature behind polite and affectionate speech. He undergoes a bold transformation, shedding his image from previous works.

Lee Seol takes the role of Koh Se-yoon, director of Uri Together Hospital and Tae-joo's wife. Se-yoon suffers kidnapping by Man-hee while caught in conflict between resentment and affection toward her husband.

Lee Sang-hee is cast as Kim Kyung-ae, a mysterious woman who suddenly appears before Se-yoon. She displays kind words and behavior but creates an inexplicable sense of unease.

Director Kim Jung-hyun handles the direction. Through works such as 'Hyperknife' and 'Day and Night,' he maximized genre satisfaction. He completed chilling tension with refined mise-en-scène.

Meanwhile, 'The Completion of Marriage' airs its first episode on July 4 at 9:20 p.m.
