The agency continued, "The deceased's voice was also confirmed to be fabricated material generated using AI technology. Accordingly, the court issued an arrest warrant for Kim Se-ui on the 26th.

Violations of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (defamation through false statements), violations of the Special Act on Punishment of Stalking Crimes, violations of the Special Act on Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes (distribution of materials recorded using cameras and coercion to use recorded materials), intimidation, and other charges, with the gravity of the case being recognized."
