[Dispatch=Reporter Park Hye-jin] Actor Seo In-guk is transforming into a cold male lead boss. The office romance is making a comeback.
The tvN new Monday-Tuesday drama "See You at Work Tomorrow!" (Screenplay by Kim Kyung-min, Directed by Jo Eun-sol) released an on-set still of Seo In-guk on the 29th. The character's cold demeanor could be previewed.
"See You at Work Tomorrow!" tells the story of Cha Ji-yoon (played by Park Ji-hyun), a seventh-year office worker suffering from relationship fatigue, who becomes each other's best and regains both work and love alongside her sharp-tongued boss (played by Seo In-guk).
Seo In-guk plays Kang Si-woo, an office boss. He is called a "3NO man." A person who does not smile (NO smile), keeps people at a distance (NO people), and does not apologize easily (NO sorry). He plays a meticulous principalist boss.
Seo In-guk has shown multiple romance narratives in dramas such as "Reply 1997," "Doom at Your Service," and "Monthly Boyfriend." In this work, he plays a character who does not express emotion, signaling new acting.
The production team said, "The process of Kang Si-woo, who only knew about work, meeting Cha Ji-yoon and undergoing unexpected emotional changes is the point to watch," and hinted, "We build up the gradually changing emotions in detail."
"See You at Work Tomorrow!" has been scheduled as the successor to "The Legend of the Mess Sergeant." It airs for the first time on the 2nd of next month at 8:50 p.m.
