LE SSERAFIM, 10th on 'Billboard 200'…5 consecutive albums enter top 10

[Dispatch=Reporter Lee Myung-ju] LE SSERAFIM entered the top 10 of the main US Billboard chart with their second full-length album.

Billboard released its chart preview article on the 1st (Korean time). LE SSERAFIM achieved 10th place on the "Billboard 200" with "PUREFLOW pt.1".

They have placed five consecutive albums in the top ranks of the chart. They have maintained strong performance from "Unforgiven" (6th place) to "Easy" (8th place), "Crazy" (7th place), "Hot" (9th place), and the new album.

The "Billboard 200" is the main album chart. Rankings are determined using physical album sales, streaming conversion figures (SEA), and download conversion figures (TEA).

"PUREFLOW pt.1" recorded 41,000 album units. Of these, 34,000 came from album sales, 7,000 from SEA, and TEA was minimal.

This new album contains LE SSERAFIM's changes and growth. While they proclaimed "we are strong because we have no fear" at their debut, they now say "we have become stronger because we know fear".

They also performed well on both global and domestic charts. They topped the weekly album charts on Hanteo Chart (May 18-24) and Circle Chart (17-23).

The title track "BOOMPALA" is also gaining popularity. It charted on Spotify's "Daily Top Songs Global". It was also included in Apple Music's "Today's Top 100".

Meanwhile, LE SSERAFIM will kick off their second world tour in Incheon on the 11th and 12th of next month.
