[Dispatch=Lee Myung-ju Reporter] SHINee captivated global listeners with their new album.
SHINee released their 6th mini album 'Atmos' on June 1st. According to iTunes, the album claimed the No. 1 spot on the 'Top Albums' chart in 16 countries/regions worldwide.
It received even support across all continents. Poland, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Japan, Russia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, and Honduras among them.
'Atmos' ranked in the top 10 in a total of 34 countries/regions. On Japan's AWA real-time trending chart and Recochoku daily album rankings, it placed at No. 2.
The new album contains a total of 6 tracks. In addition to the title track of the same name, 'Hours', 'Possibility', 'Anti Believer', 'Sonagi', and 'Thousand Miles Away' are included.
The title track in particular carries SHINee's distinctive musical color. An electronic house-based dance track that delicately unfolds the 'perfected form of love'.
The 'Atmos' music video is also noteworthy. It depicts members each with different narratives influencing one another and ultimately reaching the same place.
Meanwhile, SHINee recently wrapped up their 8th solo concert at Seoul Olympic Park K-Sepo Dome. They will continue with performances in Japan on the 5th and 7th.
