[Dispatch=Reporter Park Hye-jin] GOT7's Young Jae publicly called out the unpaid appearance fee controversy for the musical 'Dream High' Season 2 (hereafter 'Dream High 2').

Young Jae posted on his SNS on the 9th, "It seemed like you said you would settle things by June 9th, but even today it hasn't been settled. It's been almost a year since it wasn't settled."

Young Jae tagged the official accounts of Art One Company, the production company of 'Dream High 2', and representative Kim Eun-ha. He pointed out, "This is really difficult," adding, "Don't pay only a portion bit by bit and say 'payment is being made.'"

He noted, "It's a level of partial payment that can hardly be called a settlement," and said, "Is all the time I practiced, the effort, all that process worth nothing? By this month you'll settle it? I don't know how many times I've heard this."

'Dream High 2' performed from April to June last year at Seoul Woori Finance Art Hall. There was also an extended one-month run. However, after the performance, it became controversial over unpaid appearance fees.

Not only lead actors but ensemble actors failed to receive their appearance fees. According to Dispatch's confirmation, not only Young Jae but other actors' appearance fees remain unsettled. The unpaid appearance fees are reported to be in the hundreds of millions of won.

A representative from Young Jae's agency 'And But Company' told Dispatch in a phone call, "We haven't received over 50% of settlement payments. We are currently pursuing a lawsuit regarding the unpaid amount."

Art One Company is currently unreachable. Without settling appearance fees, they are preparing 'Dream High Season 3: Reboot'. It will run from the 18th of next month through September 27th at Coex Artium Woori Bank Hall.
