CORTIS, Third Hundred-Million-View Track… 'Red Red' Surpasses 100 Million Views on 57th Day

According to Spotify's latest tally as of the 16th, CORTIS's mini second album title track "REDRED" has surpassed 100 million cumulative plays.

It took 57 days from the release of the track. The group pre-released "REDRED" on April 20th. The song gained significant popularity for its distinctive melody and lyrics.

CORTIS now has a total of three songs exceeding 100 million streams. "Go!" and "Fashion," tracks from their mini first album, surpassed 100 million cumulative plays in January.

In particular, "REDRED" set the group's own record. The previous fastest time to reach 100 million streams was 116 days for "Go!". "REDRED" cut that in half.

"REDRED" is a song that expresses the direction the team pursues as "green" and what it cautions against as "red." It features raw electronic sounds and a catchy beat.

The song swept the top of major charts including Melon, Bugs, and Spotify Korea. Among boy groups that made their comeback this year, it was the only one to reach number one on Melon's weekly chart.

Meanwhile, CORTIS is preparing for its first solo tour "Foot Your Phone Down." Both the Incheon and North America concerts sold out at the membership pre-order stage.
