Baekhyun plays surgery director 'Son Sang-baek' at Yeonhwa University Hospital. He signals realistic acting to come. Kim Jong-soo takes on the role of vice president 'Lee Chang-gon', regulating the tension of the narrative.

Kim Mu-yeol takes on anesthesiology and pain medicine professor 'Bae Su-wol'. Su-wol has a friendly personality and good humor. He is a fellow doctor who has known Ji-wan.
