[Dispatch=Lee Myeong-ju reporter] KATSEYE has written a new chapter in the history of girl groups in the U.S. pop market.

According to the latest Billboard chart count as of the 11th, KATSEYE has charted at No. 128 on the Billboard 200 with their second EP album 'BEAUTIFUL CHAOS'.

This marks their 53rd consecutive week on the chart. 'BEAUTIFUL CHAOS' entered the chart at No. 4 as of July 12 of last year. Since then, it has maintained its position on the Billboard 200 for a year.

A female group's album remaining on the chart for a year is the first time in approximately 21 years. The last girl group album was 'PCD' by Pussycat Dolls released in 2005.

KATSEYE has also made hits with each of their tracks. 'Gabriella' reached No. 21 on the Hot 100, 'Pinky Up' at No. 28, 'Internet Girl' at No. 29, and 'Nali' at No. 82.

A collaboration single with another girl group also gained popularity. 'Iconic by Mistake' with LE SSERAFIM and ILLIT charted at No. 38 on the Hot 100.

Beyond the charts, they have left a notable legacy. At the 68th Grammy Awards, they were nominated for 'Best New Artist' and 'Best Pop Duo/Group Performance'.

They have also secured a rookie award. At the 'American Music Awards' held in May, KATSEYE took home three awards, including the 'New Artist of the Year' category.

Their festival appearances have also stood out. KATSEYE performed at 'Lollapalooza Chicago and South America', 'Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival', and 'Governors Ball'.

Meanwhile, KATSEYE is preparing for their first North America and Europe tour. The tour will span 10 countries, 27 cities, and 31 shows.
